Game Results

这里用来查看玩家的游戏结果和中奖记录。Use this page to view player game results and winning records.

在哪里打开Where to find it

从后台左侧菜单进入 Game Results。这个页面只查看记录，不会更改游戏 Probability 或奖励设置。Open Game Results from the left menu. This page is for records only and does not change game Probability or reward settings.

怎样找中奖记录How to find a winning record

User ID 搜索格式User ID search format

后台搜索使用的 User ID 与 Domain 显示的格式不同。请把开头的 A 换成数字 4，其余号码保持不变。例如：Domain User ID 是 A321，后台请输入 4321。The User ID format used for searching is different from the one shown on the Domain. Replace the first A with the number 4 and keep the remaining digits unchanged. Example: if the Domain User ID is A321, search for 4321.

  1. 先选择游戏和日期Choose the game and date

    先缩小查询范围，避免一次出现太多记录。Narrow the search first so the list does not show too many records at once.

  2. 输入 User IDEnter the User ID

    先转换 Domain User ID，再输入后台搜索栏。例如 A321 要输入 4321。Convert the Domain User ID before entering it in the search field. For example, enter 4321 for A321.

  3. 查看 Result / RewardCheck Result / Reward

    Result 显示当次游戏结果；Reward 显示对应奖品。中奖查询时主要确认玩家、游戏时间、结果和奖品是否一致。Result shows the game outcome and Reward shows the related prize. For a winning-record check, confirm the player, game time, result and reward match.

  4. 需要更多资料时打开详情Open details when more information is needed

    如果列表有 View、Details 或查看按钮，可打开该记录查看完整内容。If the list has View or Details, open the record to see the full information.

常见情况Common cases

查询中奖记录Checking a winning record

  • 把 Domain User ID 转换成后台格式。
  • 选择需要查询的游戏日期。
  • 查看当次 Result 和 Reward Name。
  • 再确认记录时间是否与实际游戏时间接近。
  • Convert the Domain User ID to the admin search format.
  • Select the game date you need to check.
  • Check the Result and Reward Name.
  • Confirm the record time is close to the actual game time.

找不到记录No record found

  • 确认游戏类型和日期范围。
  • 检查 User ID 是否已把开头 A 换成 4。
  • 清除过多的筛选条件后再查一次。
  • 仍然没有记录时，再联系管理员检查。
  • Confirm the game type and date range.
  • Check that the first A in the User ID was replaced with 4.
  • Clear unnecessary filters and search again.
  • If no record appears, contact your administrator.
