VIP

新版 VIP 以累计存款升级，并把保级、降级、生日和奖励资格分开管理。Start Time 是进度的起点；不要为了修正单一顾客而改它。The new VIP upgrades by total deposits and keeps retainment, downgrade, birthday and reward eligibility separate. Start Time is the progress starting point; do not change it to correct one customer.

开始前先准备Before you start

先决定要怎样升级、保级和发奖励，再去修改现有 VIP Setting。以下金额只是示范，正式设置以自己的活动为准。Decide the upgrade, keep-level and reward rules before editing the existing VIP Setting. Sample amounts are examples only.

等级与门槛Levels and thresholds准备每个等级的名称、Deposit to Reach This Level、等级卡片和图标。门槛要由低到高。Prepare tier names, Deposit to Reach This Level, level cards and icons. Thresholds must rise by tier.

保级与降级Keep-level and drop rules确认 Level Drop Rule、Keep-Level Deposit、Win-Back Deposit 和 New Level Grace Days。Confirm Level Drop Rule, Keep-Level Deposit, Win-Back Deposit and New Level Grace Days.

生日与等级奖励Birthday and tier rewards确定谁可以领取生日奖励、什么时候可以领，以及每级 Daily／Weekly／Monthly／Tier Upgrade／Birthday 奖励。Decide who may claim birthday gifts, when they can claim and the Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Tier Upgrade and Birthday rewards per level.

测试账号Test account准备测试用户检查显示和领取资格；不要把示范金额或截图内的数据直接套进正式活动。Use a test user to check display and eligibility; do not copy demo values into a live campaign.

设置前先确认CONFIRM BEFORE SETUP

Start Time

Start Time 决定系统从哪个时间开始计算玩家的 deposit。开始设置前，先确认活动要从哪一天、几点开始计算。Start Time decides when player deposits begin to count. Before setting up, confirm the exact date and time from which the campaign should calculate deposits.

VIP 的 Start Time 会影响累计存款、等级进度和奖励资格。已经使用的时间不要自行更改；确实要改时，须先跟管理员确认 VIP User Recalculation。For VIP, Start Time affects accumulated deposits, tier progress and reward eligibility. Never change a live Start Time on your own; confirm VIP User Recalculation with an administrator first.
第一次使用现有 Setting 前，也要先检查 Start Time 是否正确。Check Start Time before using an existing Setting for the first time as well.
Setting 已经开始使用后，不要随意修改；不确定时先向负责人确认。Do not change it casually after the Setting is already in use. Confirm with the person in charge when unsure.

新版 VIP 操作顺序NEW VIP WORKFLOW

修改 VIP Setting，跟这 7 步就可以Edit the VIP Setting in 7 steps

VIP 不需要设置小游戏的 Token 或 Probability。主要是等级、存款、保级、生日和奖励。正式环境修改前先跟负责人确认，避免影响正在使用的顾客。VIP does not use mini-game Token or Probability settings. Focus on tiers, deposits, keep-level rules, birthdays and rewards. Confirm changes with the person in charge before editing a live campaign.

打开现有 Game SettingsOpen Game Settings
登入 VIP Admin，在左边选 Game Settings，找到正在使用的 Setting 再按 Edit。确认 Name 和 Status；原本的 Start Time 不要乱改。Log into VIP Admin, open Game Settings, select the active Setting and click Edit. Check Name and Status; do not casually alter its Start Time.
设定等级与升级门槛Set tier thresholds
检查每个等级的名称和 Deposit to Reach This Level，金额从低到高。需要时才更换 Level Card Image 和 Level Icon Image。Check each tier name and Deposit to Reach This Level in ascending order. Change the level card and icon images only when needed.
确认保级、降级和回级Review keep, drop and win-back
在 General Rules 选择 Level Drop Rule，再检查 Keep Dropping 和 New Level Grace Days。每级的 Keep-Level Deposit 是保级要求，Win-Back Deposit 是降级后回级要求。In General Rules, choose Level Drop Rule and review Keep Dropping and New Level Grace Days. Keep-Level Deposit controls retention, while Win-Back Deposit controls returning to a tier after a drop.
设定生日奖励Set birthday rules
确认 Birthday Comes From、Ask Player for Birthday、Who Can Claim、Claim Period 和 Gifts Per Year；不同选择会影响顾客几时可以领取。Confirm Birthday Comes From, Ask Player for Birthday, Who Can Claim, Claim Period and Gifts Per Year; these choices control who may claim and when.
设定每级奖励Set rewards for each tier
按 Add Reward，填写 Reward Name、How Often、What the Player Gets 和相关金额或 Promotion ID。Claim Rules 的 Deposit Needed 要选对 Today／This week／This month／All time。Use Add Reward to set Reward Name, How Often, What the Player Gets, amount or Promotion ID. In Claim Rules, choose the correct Deposit Needed period: Today, This week, This month or All time.
保存，再用测试用户检查Save and check with a test user
按 Save 后重新打开同一个 Setting，确认资料保存成功。再用测试账号看 VIP 前台的等级、进度和奖励资格。不要在真实顾客账号试派奖励。Save and reopen the same Setting. With a test account, verify the player-facing tier, progress and reward eligibility. Do not test reward payouts using real customers.
特别情况：VIP User RecalculationSpecial case: VIP User Recalculation
平时不要按 Recalculate Users。只有管理员确认需要更改 Start Time 时，才安排维护和重新计算，完成后检查状态、受影响用户数量及结果。Do not normally click Recalculate Users. Only when an administrator has approved a Start Time change should recalculation be scheduled, then its status, affected user count and results checked.

新增 SettingCreate a new Setting

一般调整不需要按 Add Game Setting。只有管理员要求建立新的活动版本，或当前完全没有 setting 时才使用。Routine changes do not require Add Game Setting. Use it only when an administrator requests a new campaign version or when no setting exists.

Add Game Setting
进入 Game Settings 后点击 Add Game Setting。新项目先保持 Inactive，避免未完成的设置直接给玩家使用。Open Game Settings and click Add Game Setting. Keep the new item Inactive so players cannot use an unfinished setup.
Basic Settings
填写容易识别的 Name、完整 Homepage Link 和清楚的 Description。需要自定义外观时才填写 Custom CSS。Enter a recognisable Name, complete Homepage Link and clear Description. Use Custom CSS only when custom styling is required.
完成页面设置Complete the page setup
按本页“主要设置”完成 VIP 等级、保级、生日和奖励，再保存并用测试用户确认。Use Key settings to finish VIP tiers, keep-level rules, birthdays and rewards, then save and verify with a test user.

这里整理了平时最常用的字段。先确认活动要求，再按对应说明填写。These are the fields used most often. Confirm the campaign requirements before entering the values.

Start Time / 累计存款

怎样设置How to set it

每一级的 Deposit to Reach This Level 必须由低到高；系统只计算 Start Time 后的累计存款。
更改 Start Time 会影响用户进度，需使用 VIP 用户重新计算。

Deposit to Reach This Level must increase by tier; only total deposits after Start Time count.
Changing Start Time affects user progress and requires VIP User Recalculation.

保级与回级

怎样设置How to set it

Keep-Level Deposit 是保住当前等级所需的每月/每周期存款；不足则按降级规则降一级。
Win-Back Deposit 是降级后同一周期内回到该等级所需的存款；填 0 表示等下一个周期后任意存款才可回级。

Keep-Level Deposit is the monthly/per-cycle amount required to keep the current tier; falling short drops one tier under the selected rule.
Win-Back Deposit is the amount needed to recover that tier in the same cycle; 0 waits until the next cycle, then any deposit may recover it.

Level Drop Rule

怎样设置How to set it

Monthly check 在每月 1 日检查上月保级存款；Every X days 从达到等级当天开始每隔 X 天检查；Never drop 只升级不降级。
Keep Dropping 开启后，持续不达标会继续往下掉。

Monthly check reviews last month on the first day of each month; Every X days checks every X days after reaching the tier; Never drop allows upgrades only.
With Keep Dropping on, repeated misses keep dropping the account.

Birthday Rewards

怎样设置How to set it

可使用顾客填写的生日或注册日期。
再决定是否提示填写生日、谁可领、生日当天或整月可领，以及每年只能领一次或每个等级都能领一次。

Use either a customer-entered birthday or registration date.
Then choose prompting, eligible accounts, birthday day versus full month, and one gift per year versus one gift per tier.

Level Rewards

怎样设置How to set it

每个等级可加入 Daily、Weekly、Monthly、Tier Upgrade 或 Birthday 奖励。
What the Player Gets 决定实际发放；Claim Rules 的 Deposit Needed 可按 Today、This week、This month 或 All time 判断。
Block After a Drop 会阻止刚从更高等级降下来的顾客领取该项。

Each tier can add Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Tier Upgrade or Birthday rewards.
What the Player Gets determines fulfilment; Deposit Needed in Claim Rules can use Today, This week, This month or All time.
Block After a Drop stops a customer who just fell from a higher tier from claiming that reward.

VIP 用户重新计算

怎样设置How to set it

仅在 Start Time 改动后使用。
先确认维护安排与受影响用户，再按 Recalculate Users；随后等待任务完成，并检查状态、用户数量和 Result。
进行中不可重复执行。

Use only after Start Time changes.
Confirm maintenance and affected users first, then press Recalculate Users; wait for completion and verify status, user count and Result.
Do not run it again while it is in progress.

配置例子Worked example

例子 1：设置方式Example 1: setup

例：Elite 升级门槛 RM888、保级 RM100。
顾客累计达到 RM888 后升 Elite；若每月检查时上月不足 RM100，便会按规则降一级。
不要为了这一名顾客而改 Start Time。

Example: Elite reaches at RM888 total deposits and retains with RM100.
The customer upgrades at RM888; if last month is below RM100 at monthly checking, the customer drops one tier under the rule.
Do not change Start Time for that one customer.

例子 2：实际检查Example 2: practical check

准备一个刚好达到下一等级门槛的用户。
确认等级只升到正确层级。
检查该层的 Daily、Tier Upgrade 或 Birthday 奖励。

Use a player who exactly reaches the next tier threshold.
Confirm the player reaches the correct tier only.
Check the relevant Daily, Tier Upgrade or Birthday reward.

下面是目前后台的 Setting 画面。截图中的空值和默认值只用来说明字段位置，请按照自己的活动资料填写。These are the current Setting screens. Blank and default values only show field locations; enter the values required for your campaign.

手机查看时，可在图片上左右滑动。On mobile, swipe left and right on the image.

VIP current setting section 1 — 这里设置 Name、Status、Start Time、Homepage Link、Description 与 Custom CSS。修改现有 setting 时请保留原本的 Start Time；完成其他设置前可先保持 Inactive。

Set Name, Status, Start Time, Homepage Link, Description and Custom CSS here. Keep the existing Start Time when editing a current setting, and leave it Inactive until the remaining setup is complete.

VIP current setting section 2 — **Level Drop Rule**Monthly check 在每月 1 日检查上月保级存款；Every X days 从达到等级当天开始每隔 X 天检查；Never drop 只升级不降级。Keep Dropping 开启后，持续不达标会继续往下掉。
**Birthday Rewards**可使用顾客填写的生日或注册日期。再决定是否提示填写生日、谁可领、生日当天或整月可领，以及每年只能领一次或每个等级都能领一次。

VIP current setting section 5 — 这里显示顾客的等级、存款进度、可领取奖励和等级总览。后台保存后，请用测试用户检查金额、文案和领取状态；测试环境资料不能当成正式派发记录。

This page shows the customer tier, deposit progress, claimable rewards and tier overview. After saving, check amounts, copy and claim status with a test user; test data is not a live payout record.

How Often：奖励多久开放一次How Often: reward frequency

以下是新版 Rewards 的 How Often，不是中奖率。These are reward frequency choices in the new VIP system, not winning probabilities.

Daily

每日奖励，符合当天条件才可以领。Daily reward, claimable when daily rules are met.

Weekly

每周奖励，按每周周期检查。Weekly reward, checked by weekly cycle.

Monthly

每月奖励，按每月周期检查。Monthly reward, checked by monthly cycle.

Tier Upgrade

升级到该 VIP Level 时的奖励。Reward when the player reaches the specified VIP tier.

Birthday

生日奖励，领取日期和次数以 Birthday Rewards 设置为准。Birthday reward; eligibility and claim limit follow Birthday Rewards settings.

Claim Rules：Deposit Needed 检查哪段存款Claim Rules: Deposit Needed period

How Often 决定几时有奖励；Deposit Needed 决定看哪一段存款来判断能不能领。两个设置不要搞乱。How Often determines reward timing; Deposit Needed checks which period of deposits qualifies the player. These are two different settings.

Today今天的存款Today’s deposits This week本周的存款This week’s deposits This month本月的存款This month’s deposits All time累计存款Accumulated deposits

例：How Often 选 Monthly，Deposit Needed 选 All time，代表奖励每月检查，但领取门槛是看顾客累计存款。Example: How Often Monthly with Deposit Needed All time means the reward follows a monthly cycle but eligibility uses total accumulated deposits.
