VIP

按 Accumulated Deposit 升级 VIP，并配置降级、恢复/维持条件及各等级奖励。Upgrade VIP by Accumulated Deposit and configure downgrade, recovery/maintenance requirements and tier rewards.

开始前先准备Before you start

先确认活动规则、奖励资料和图片，准备好再开始设置，过程会顺很多。Confirm the campaign rules, reward details and artwork before you begin so the setup goes smoothly.

奖励资料Reward details奖励名称、金额、概率/门槛、Promotion ID 或领取链接。Reward name, amount, probability/threshold, Promotion ID or claim link.

活动规则Campaign rules开始/结束时间、时区、每日次数、每人领取上限。Start/end time, timezone, daily plays and per-user claim limit.

桌面与手机素材Desktop and mobile assetsLogo、背景、按钮、结果图片及音效。Logo, backgrounds, buttons, result artwork and sounds.

设置前先确认CONFIRM BEFORE SETUP

Start Time

Start Time 决定系统从哪个时间开始计算玩家的 deposit。开始设置前，先确认活动要从哪一天、几点开始计算。Start Time decides when player deposits begin to count. Before setting up, confirm the exact date and time from which the campaign should calculate deposits.

时间设得太早或太迟，计算到的 deposit 范围会不同，玩家可能拿到过多或过少的 token。If the time is too early or too late, a different deposit range may be counted and players may receive too many or too few tokens.
第一次使用现有 Setting 前，也要先检查 Start Time 是否正确。Check Start Time before using an existing Setting for the first time as well.
Setting 已经开始使用后，不要随意修改；不确定时先向负责人确认。Do not change it casually after the Setting is already in use. Confirm with the person in charge when unsure.

日常修改ROUTINE CHANGES

现有 Setting 修改流程How to update an existing Setting

一般直接修改现有 Setting 就可以。Add Game Setting 只在建立新活动时使用，现有 Setting 的 Start Time 不要更改。In most cases, update the existing Setting. Use Add Game Setting only for a new campaign, and do not change the Start Time of an existing Setting.

开启 Maintenance ModeTurn on Maintenance Mode
从左侧菜单进入 Maintenance Mode，把开关设为 ON。设置期间玩家会先看到维护页面。Open Maintenance Mode from the left menu and set it to ON. Players will see the maintenance page while changes are being made.
打开正在使用的 SettingOpen the Setting currently in use
进入 Game Settings，按名称找到要修改的项目，再点击 Edit 或蓝色铅笔。确认 Name 正确，并保留原本的 Start Time。Open Game Settings, find the item by name, then click Edit or the blue pencil. Confirm the Name and keep the existing Start Time.
调整 Deposit 和 tokenAdjust Deposit and tokens
按照活动要求调整 Deposit Calculation Method、Deposit Per Token、Min Deposit Threshold、Token Per Round 或免费 token。各字段的用途可参考下方“主要设置”。Adjust Deposit Calculation Method, Deposit Per Token, Min Deposit Threshold, Token Per Round or free tokens based on the campaign requirements. See Key settings below for field details.

调整游戏规则和奖励Adjust game rules and rewards
填写游玩次数、奖励门槛、Probability 和 Reward Type。页面有 Probability 字段时，再确认所有概率加起来是否为 100%。Enter play limits, reward thresholds, Probability and Reward Type. When the page has Probability fields, confirm that the total is 100%.

保存后再检查一次Save and check again
点击 Save，回到列表后再打开同一个 Setting，确认刚才填写的数值、奖励和图片都已保存。Click Save, return to the list and reopen the same Setting to confirm the values, rewards and images were saved.
关闭 Maintenance ModeTurn off Maintenance Mode
确认正确的 Setting 已设为 Active，再关闭 Maintenance Mode。最后打开真实游戏链接，检查页面、用户资料和 token 是否正常。发现异常时，先重新开启 Maintenance Mode，再联系管理员。Confirm the correct Setting is Active, then turn off Maintenance Mode. Open the real game link and check the page, user details and tokens. If anything is wrong, turn Maintenance Mode back on and contact your administrator.

新增 SettingCreate a new Setting

一般调整不需要按 Add Game Setting。只有管理员要求建立新的活动版本，或当前完全没有 setting 时才使用。Routine changes do not require Add Game Setting. Use it only when an administrator requests a new campaign version or when no setting exists.

Add Game Setting
进入 Game Settings 后点击 Add Game Setting。新项目先保持 Inactive，避免未完成的设置直接给玩家使用。Open Game Settings and click Add Game Setting. Keep the new item Inactive so players cannot use an unfinished setup.
Basic Settings
填写容易识别的 Name、完整 Homepage Link 和清楚的 Description。需要自定义外观时才填写 Custom CSS。Enter a recognisable Name, complete Homepage Link and clear Description. Use Custom CSS only when custom styling is required.
完成页面设置Complete the page setup
再按照本页“主要设置”完成 Deposit、token、奖励规则、图片和音效。保存后重新打开检查。Then use Key settings on this page to complete Deposit, tokens, reward rules, images and sounds. Reopen the item after saving to check it.

这里整理了平时最常用的字段。先确认活动要求，再按对应说明填写。These are the fields used most often. Confirm the campaign requirements before entering the values.

Level Thresholds

怎样设置How to set it

每层 Accumulated Deposit 必须由低到高；Recover: Current Month Deposit 与 Maintain: Previous Month Deposit 属于降级/恢复判断，不是升级门槛。

Accumulated Deposit must increase by level.
Recover: Current Month Deposit and Maintain: Previous Month Deposit belong to downgrade/recovery logic, not upgrade thresholds.

Downgrade Mode

可选关闭、Monthly 或 Days Based，并可开启 Continuous Downgrade。
更改前必须确认现有用户会如何被重新判断。

Choose disabled, Monthly or Days Based, with optional Continuous Downgrade.
Confirm how existing users will be reevaluated before changing it.

Claim Reset / Disable on Downgrade

Disable Reset Claim Status 会阻止一般领取状态重置；各奖励的 Disable on Downgrade 会阻止处于降级状态的用户领取该项。

Disable Reset Claim Status prevents normal claim-status resets; per-reward Disable on Downgrade blocks that reward for downgraded users.

Birthday Settings

怎样设置How to set it

Birthday Source 选择生日资料来源。
Manual：您可以在 Users → Edit User 为顾客手动填写生日；Registration Date：系统直接把顾客的注册日期当作生日。
Birthday Popup 控制前台是否显示生日提示；Birthday Claim Type 决定生日奖励的领取限制；Birthday Claim Window 决定顾客只能在生日当天领，还是整个生日月都能领。

Birthday Source selects where the birthday comes from.
Manual lets you enter the customer’s birthday under Users → Edit User; Registration Date uses the customer’s registration date as the birthday.
Birthday Popup controls the frontend prompt, Birthday Claim Type controls the birthday reward claim limit, and Birthday Claim Window decides whether the customer can claim only on the birthday itself or on any day of the birthday month.

Level Rewards

每个等级可以加入多项奖励。
Type 决定奖励触发时间：Daily、Weekly、Monthly、Tier Upgrade 或 Birthday。
Required Deposit 是领取该项奖励前必须达到的存款条件；旁边的 Daily、Weekly、Monthly、Accumulated 决定用哪个周期的存款计算。
Reward Name 是顾客看到的名称，Reward Type 决定实际发放内容。
开启 Disable on Downgrade 后，处于降级状态的顾客不能领取该项奖励。

Each level can contain multiple rewards.
Type selects when the reward becomes available: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Tier Upgrade or Birthday.
Required Deposit is the deposit condition for that reward, while Daily, Weekly, Monthly or Accumulated selects which deposit period is checked.
Reward Name is customer-facing and Reward Type controls what is issued.
When Disable on Downgrade is enabled, customers in downgraded status cannot claim that reward.

例子 1：设置方式Example 1: setup

Silver 1,000、Gold 5,000：累计存款 5,200 达 Gold。
若启用 Monthly downgrade，还需分别检查上月 Maintain 与本月 Recover 条件，不能只看累计门槛。

With Silver 1,000 and Gold 5,000, accumulated deposit 5,200 reaches Gold.
If Monthly downgrade is enabled, also evaluate previous-month Maintain and current-month Recover conditions.

例子 2：实际检查Example 2: practical check

准备一个刚好达到下一等级门槛的用户。
确认等级只升到正确层级。
检查该层的 Daily、Tier Upgrade 或 Birthday 奖励。

Use a player who exactly reaches the next tier threshold.
Confirm the player reaches the correct tier only.
Check the relevant Daily, Tier Upgrade or Birthday reward.

下面是目前后台的 Setting 画面。截图中的空值和默认值只用来说明字段位置，请按照自己的活动资料填写。These are the current Setting screens. Blank and default values only show field locations; enter the values required for your campaign.

手机查看时，可在图片上左右滑动。On mobile, swipe left and right on the image.

VIP current setting section 1 — 这里设置 Name、Status、Start Time、Homepage Link、Description 与 Custom CSS。修改现有 setting 时请保留原本的 Start Time；完成其他设置前可先保持 Inactive。

Set Name, Status, Start Time, Homepage Link, Description and Custom CSS here. Keep the existing Start Time when editing a current setting, and leave it Inactive until the remaining setup is complete.

VIP current setting section 2 — **Level Thresholds**每层 Accumulated Deposit 必须由低到高；Recover: Current Month Deposit 与 Maintain: Previous Month Deposit 属于降级/恢复判断，不是升级门槛。

VIP current setting section 3 — 这里的颜色只控制玩家前台的背景、文字与品牌强调色，不会改变等级、进度、中奖结果或奖励条件。

These colours control the player-facing background, text and brand accents only. They do not change tiers, progress, outcomes or reward requirements.

Type 的分别Reward Type timing

Type 决定这项奖励在什么时候开放给玩家领取。Type decides when the reward becomes available to the player.

Daily

每日奖励。玩家在当天符合条件时可以领取；进入新的一天后，按每日周期重新计算。A daily reward. The player may claim it when eligible that day; it follows the daily cycle when a new day begins.

Weekly

每周奖励。资格和领取状态按每周周期计算，进入新一周后使用新的周期。A weekly reward. Eligibility and claim status follow the weekly cycle and move to a new cycle each week.

Monthly

每月奖励。资格和领取状态按月份计算，进入新月份后使用新的周期。A monthly reward. Eligibility and claim status follow the calendar month and move to a new cycle each month.

Tier Upgrade

升级奖励。玩家达到这个 VIP Level 时开放，不是每天、每周或每月重复出现的奖励。An upgrade reward. It becomes available when the player reaches this VIP Level and is not a repeating daily, weekly or monthly reward.

Birthday

生日奖励。系统按照 Birthday Settings 的生日来源、领取限制和领取窗口判断。使用前先确认 Birthday Source、Birthday Popup、Birthday Claim Type 和 Birthday Claim Window。A birthday reward. Eligibility follows Birthday Settings, including the birthday source, claim limit and claim window. Confirm Birthday Source, Birthday Popup, Birthday Claim Type and Birthday Claim Window first.

Required Deposit 旁边周期的分别Required Deposit period

这里选择系统用哪一段 deposit 来检查 Required Deposit。它和上面的 Type 是两件事：Type 决定什么时候开放奖励，下面的周期决定用哪段 deposit 判断资格。This selects which deposit period is used for Required Deposit. It is separate from Type: Type controls when the reward is available, while this period controls which deposits are checked for eligibility.

例子：Type 选择 Monthly，Required Deposit 选择 Accumulated，代表这是一项每月奖励，但领取资格是看玩家的累计 deposit。Example: Type Monthly with Required Deposit Accumulated means this is a monthly reward, while eligibility is checked against the player’s accumulated deposits.
